As always, I got clean-up detail in the breakroom. I wish Patel would swallow his "Whell of Misfortune". That said, I found an odd device, while I was dusting the cleaning coils behind the refrigerator. I removed the powersupply from the thing, but have no idea of what it does. And although the wire on the end looks like a USB-A, it's not, it's a microphone designed to appear like a USB-A. Or maybe you can plug it into a USB port, I didn't try that.

This 'find' raises many questions:

1 - Is somebody trying to find when the next BuyMore Deep Discount sale will start? Associates & Herders get the 2% employee discount, so it can't be them.
2 - Is somebody spying on workers during their breaks? If yes, why didn't they put a wifi video cam in the breakroom somewhere? You must be pretty stupid to not know you can video and audio now-a-days.
3 - If you look at the photo very carefully you will see, on the bottom, left side, what apperas to be a ladies bracelet. And I thought I saw that hottie Sarah Walker from the yoghurt shop wearing something like it.
4 - Corporate is spying on people during their breaks to see if employees (Associates & Herders) are engaging in calumny, backbiting and detraction. Of course, I myself do not engage in such behavoir despite what you may have heard about the EOTM business, or the hole in the breakroom wall.

Whoever it was knows that the interference in the breakroom disallows the use of a wifi transmiter. So i'd have to say it's someone on the inside. we'll have to smoke out the fiend

Hmmm.... There has been a lot of fishy buisiness going on. It looks a lot like the one I found under the table in the breakroom this morning when I cleaned it up. If Sarah was responsible, then how did she get one into the breakroom? I think it's an inside job too. That Casey guy gives me the creeps, could it be him? I wouldn't put it past that anal Assistant Manager we've got either. Anyone got any theories?

I suspect it's Emmett keeping an eye on us the little creep. Bring it by the Nerd Herd desk and we'll show him a thing or two about spying... he'll never want to spy on our conversations again by the time we're done... repulsion is our thing!
